Share the Experience Module

Our newest, and possibly most exciting, module is the Share the Experience Module, which we developed to give fair patrons the ability to share the fun and excitement of the fair experience through photos. In the future we will be expanding this module to support written stories and video.

We saw the need for this module in the huge success being enjoyed by many Web 2.0 websites like MySpace, Facebook, YouTube and others where people can contribute, interact and share.

This module was first used for the 2008 Orange County Fair and was a great success with hundreds of people using it to share thousands of photos.

Some of the features and benefits of this module include:

• People will have a fun and easy way to tell the story of the fun and excitement of your fair through pictures – a great way to inspire even more people to come to your fair.
• This module is a great place to give people to easily buy tickets because they are enjoying the photos of the fair so we recommend that we configure the module so that every page will have a BUY TICKETS NOW button – a direct channel for increasing revenue.
• Traffic on your website will increase as people:
  • Create and build their photo collection.
  • View, comment on and rate the photo collections of others.
  • Use the e-postcard feature to share the photos with their family and friends.
• To increase the fun and excitement of this module and to give people an incentive to submit great photos, you could have a BEST PHOTO CONTEST. This contest could have divisions too, such as entertainment, livestock, people, food, carnival, etc.
• This module works together with the Ntelligent Suite Email Newsletter Module because when people create an account their contact information is automatically added to your database for use in future email and offline marketing.
• Depending on your choice with copyright policy, this module could generate valuable photography that could be used in future marketing communications.
• The administrative section has an easy-to-use interface where the Administrator can review and process photos that are submitted – acceptable photos will be published, non-acceptable photos will be flagged so the account holder will have a chance to submit an acceptable replacement.
• You don’t need to worry about the photo collection growing too big because accounts that remain dormant for more than one year will be automatically deleted.
