Small Fair Internet Program

Because the large majority of fairs have a very limited budget, we put together our Small Fair Internet Program (SFIP); a basic but comprehensive package of products and services that will provide any fair with a complete Internet program. With several of our NS Internet software modules included in the program, SFIP clients will receive far more value than any other alternative on the market today.

To keep the SFIP program affordable, rather than design a new, custom website, we have developed a selection of website designs specifically for State and County Fairs. We work with our SFIP clients to select the design that best meets their business needs and design preferences. We then adjust the selected design with that client’s name, logo, etc.

The SFIP program includes:

  1. A new website.
  2. We will import content (text and photos) into the new website.
  3. Ntelligent Suite Content Management Module (so you can update content on your own).
  4. Ntelligent Suite Email Newsletter Module, Version 2.0 (our next generation module, so you can easily create and send good looking email newsletters).
  5. Ntelligent Suite Annual Events Calendar Module (so you can promote events throughout the year).
  6. Ntelligent Suite Administration Module (so you can control access to the modules).
    Website Hosting.
  7. Website Traffic Monitoring.
  8. Technical Support & Hosting Services (TS&H) (3 months included).

The cost is approximately, $10,100 for the first year and $1,800 for each year thereafter.

Our first SFIP client was the Columbia County Fair, in Georgia, www.columbiacountyfair.net. With the SFIP, The Merchants Association of Colubmia County gained their first website for the Columbia County Fair and easy to use software to manage that website on their own. People who visit the website will see their year-round event calendar and can subscribe to their email newsletter. The Board of the Merchants Association can update the website on their own and create and send out nice looking email newsletters. And if they ever have a problem or question about their Internet program we are always just an email or phone call away.
